If I could give Darryl and his team 10 stars I would! Not only was I hesitant to get my vehicle cleaned after so many years of use and abuse, as I am a commuter from Barrie to Toronto, but I was pretty embarrassed of the state of my vehicle of how long I’ve actually let this atrocity continue. Not only did Darryl assure me that this would be taken care of promptly-but he also had a positive upbeat attitude with excellent customer service to put my mind at ease. He arrived at my house on time, full of energy and welcoming a smile. He got to work right away on my own property in my own driveway, which is definitely a bonus for people like me who are always on the go. He communicated with me super effectively and was able to give me a timeline of how long this would take as he knew I was anticipating, leaving for an appointment later that afternoon. Which he stuck to like clockwork. His extreme attention to detail and plan to tackle my vehicle was outstanding. I had no idea that my seats were blue. That’s how phenomenal his work really is. I didn’t realize after all of these years the amount of make up that was wiped across my seats and all of the touch areas! He made my car sparkle like new… when I tell you that he has fixed my life I mean it! Being able to drive in a fresh and clean vehicle, relieves so much anxiety and stress that I didn’t even realize I was experiencing because of the condition I have put my vehicle in. The car was completely spotless from top to bottom, and I couldn’t wait to show my family and friends the incredible work that he has done. He truly is a miracle worker. I have already put plans in place to have my husband’s vehicles detailed and brought back to life too. A huge thank you from the bottom of my heart to Darryl and his team for all their hard word!
